Among the ways of reducing vibrations, there are specific supports called anti-vibration supports.
Dampening vibrations can be useful in numerous fields of application. The main difficulty is to avoid vibrations from the device being telegraphed to the anti-vibration support. Indeed, if resonance there is, increase of vibrations there will be!
